GENERAL CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT FOR NON- BUSINESS HOLIDAY HOUSES AND HOSPITALITY
Mr. [owner of the holiday home], resident in ______, Tax Code ________________ manager of non-entrepreneurial [holiday home name], hereinafter "Manager" and the "Guest" as identified in the data transmitted to the AlloggiatiWeb Portal and accepted into the Holiday home.
given that:
• Mr. [owner of the holiday home] carries out non-entrepreneurial holiday home activities in the manner prescribed by the Umbria regional law n. 8 of 2017 in the building where the Guest is staying;
• The guest booking through the O.T.A. which, by way of example but not limited to, Booking.com or Airbnb, or directly in the structure or through the company website, declares to be aware of these general conditions of contract of the non-business Holiday Home at the time of booking via the web, or through the consultation of the general conditions present on the Company Website or present in the Holiday Home at the time of booking via the web, or by consulting the general conditions on the Company Website or in the non-business Holiday Home, which form an integral and substantial part of this hospitality contract.
the following is agreed and stipulated
1. The premise as well as the reservations made via O.T.A., Company Website or in person through constitute an integral part of this non-business Holiday Home contract.
2. The contract is stipulated for the duration of the reservation as per art. 1 and the premises without the need for any cancellation.
3. The property in which the Guest stays is granted for tourist purposes as a non-business holiday home to the Guest and any other use is prohibited, under penalty of removal from the Property without any reimbursement.
4. It is strictly forbidden to host people whose personal details have not been communicated by the Manager or its collaborators to the competent Authorities.
5. The guest undertakes to leave the room at the scheduled check-out time as defined in the reservation referred to in the premises and, in any case, within the times set for it.
6. Any discrepancies in the property must be promptly communicated to the Manager or his collaborators within 2 hours of check-in if the stay is only 24 hours or if longer, within 12 hours of check-in.
7. In the event that in the place of stay there is an obligation to separate waste management, the Guest undertakes to dispose of the waste according to the calendar present in the structure or, if this is not possible, to leave it deposited in the house at the time of check-in -out.
8. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events and to smoke inside the rooms or common areas.
9. The Guest authorizes Mr. [owner of the holiday home] to process his data in compliance with the provisions contained in EU Regulation n.679/2016 (GDPR) and declares to be aware of the purposes and methods of processing the same .
